Housing Overnight
Single and shared rooms, including linens. Guests are expected to make their own beds and strip them prior to departure.
Lodge Peak Season: April 15 – June 30, September 15 – October 30.
- During peak season, a booking of the group’s minimum guests must be paid in advance by check, credit card, or ACH.
- Members receive 90% back for full trip cancellations 60-89 days prior to check-in, 75% back if 30-59 days prior, 50% back if 15-29 days prior. No refunds will be issued within 14 days prior to check-in.
- Returns will not be made for overbooking or partial cancellations. Beds can be added to the trip.
- Non-Members can book 30 days in advance, if available (50% back if you cancel 15-29 days prior to check-in. All deposits are non-refundable within 14 days prior to check-in).
Lodge Off-Peak Season:
- Members will get a full refund for any cancelled trip.
- Non-Members can book 90 days in advance and are required to pay in full to hold the reservation.
- Non-Members receive 90% back if you cancel 60-89 days prior to check-in, 75% back if 30-59 days prior, 50% back if 15-29 days prior. No refunds will be issued within 14 days prior to check-in.
Stone House, Moretti Outpost, Old HQ: All dates follow rules of Lodge Off-Peak Season.

or extensive cleaning caused during your stay; additional staff time will be billed at a rate of
$60/hour.
**Propane not provided if cooking at Stone House. We recommend bringing your own camp
stove and water filtration.
