Join Forest Historian John Brady on a hike as he takes us back in time to the 1920’s when Black Rock Forest was established. Listen and walk with John as he describes the construction of Forest roads, reservoirs, the Stone House, and the fire tower. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with the past and admire structures and features that have stood the test of time. An email will be sent to registered participants prior to the hike with parking information and additional arrival details.
This hike is free to the Friends of the Forest or $10/per person. Space is limited and registration and signed waiver are required. To become a Friend of the Forest or to make a payment for this hike, please visit our donation page.
